Adir International Llc is hiring a Door Guard for our Curacao retail location in Del Valle Finance, Los Angeles County. This full-time position plays a crucial role in protecting our store, preventing loss, and ensuring a safe shopping experience for all customers and employees.

What This Role Involves

As a Door Guard at this Curacao location in Los Angeles County, you'll be the first point of contact between our store and the community. You'll manage customer and employee access at designated store entrances, actively monitor activity throughout your shift, and implement our security protocols to prevent unauthorized access and merchandise loss. Your presence, professionalism, and attention to detail directly impact our ability to maintain a secure, welcoming retail environment.

Core Duties

• Station yourself at assigned store entrances to monitor all customer and employee movement during your shift
• Enforce all Curacao company security policies and procedures with fairness and consistency
• Prevent theft and loss through the use of security equipment and careful observation techniques
• Provide assistance to customers and team members with basic store questions, directions, and information
• Conduct bag checks and receipt verification procedures as required by company loss prevention guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and positive customer service approach at all times
• Document and immediately report all security incidents, suspicious activity, and policy violations to management
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations following company-established protocols and procedures

Who We're Looking For

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
