About the Role
As an Academic Services Coordinator at USC, you'll bridge students, faculty, and administrative systems to ensure smooth academic progress and institutional compliance. This position plays a vital role in maintaining excellence and supporting our diverse student body throughout their academic journey.
What You'll Do
- Process student records, transcript requests, degree audits, and enrollment verifications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with student registration, course scheduling, and academic planning inquiries
- Support degree conferment processes and graduation requirements verification
- Maintain and organize student files, databases, and academic records systems
- Respond to student, faculty, and parent inquiries about academic policies and procedures
- Coordinate with various university departments to resolve academic issues and disputes
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives to improve academic services delivery
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in student services, higher education, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
