The Opportunity

The USC HR Solution Center is an energetic, fast-paced environment where you'll handle inbound inquiries from campus community members every day. This role offers the chance to make a direct impact on employee experience by fielding diverse HR questions and connecting people with the resources they need. You'll develop expertise in university HR policies, benefits, payroll, and employee relations while building strong communication skills in a customer-service-focused setting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, retirees, and candidates contacting the HR Solution Center
  • Address inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and clarity
  • Provide accurate information and guidance on HR policies, benefits, compensation, and employee services
  • Research and escalate complex or unresolved questions to appropriate HR departments and specialists
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow up with callers and emailers as needed
  • Help create a welcoming, efficient experience for all individuals seeking HR support
