What This Role Involves

As Real Estate and Facilities Manager for TriNet in Atlanta, you'll own end-to-end management of our physical workspace, real estate strategy, and facility operations. Your work ensures our office environment meets our operational needs while maintaining safety, compliance, and cost efficiency across our location in Fulton County. You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, working closely with leadership to optimize our facilities as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance at our Atlanta location
• Manage our real estate portfolio, including lease negotiations and property evaluations
• Coordinate vendor relationships and schedule facility maintenance services
• Plan and optimize office space to support our business growth and team needs
• Develop and manage facilities budget and implement cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards
• Handle space planning and real estate project coordination
• Address and resolve facility-related issues and employee requests

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management, real estate, or property operations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Budget management and cost control experience
• Working knowledge of building systems, HVAC, and property management
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
• Strategic planning and problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with facilities management software preferred
• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, real estate, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
