About the Role
As a Production Operator, you'll be the backbone of our facility operations, managing specialized equipment and executing procedures that directly impact product quality and workplace safety. This is a full-time position requiring precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Operate dosing systems and specialized production equipment according to established operational procedures
- Manage effluent treatment workflows while maintaining strict compliance with company standards and environmental regulations
- Clean, maintain, and inspect production containers and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Condition and properly prepare process byproducts for final disposal in accordance with environmental guidelines
- Monitor operations against quality and safety benchmarks throughout each shift
- Document equipment performance, process observations, and any maintenance needs
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a secure, compliant work environment
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience as a Production Operator or in manufacturing and industrial operations
- Strong grasp of safety procedures and environmental compliance requirements
- Ability to operate technical equipment with precision and attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining quality standards and following documented procedures
- Reliability and professional work habits for full-time facility operations
- Openness to training on new equipment and process improvements
