About the Role
As a Flex Security Guard with Dunbar Security Solutions in Dallas, Texas, you will serve as a flexible, on-call presence across multiple client sites, adapting to varied shifts and assignments as needs arise. This is a full-time, 40-hour Flex Officer position with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. We are looking for a reliable and watchful professional who treats every post as a responsibility worth doing well.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an alert, visible security presence to deter and detect suspicious or unauthorized activity
- Patrol and monitor assigned premises, entrances, and exits across rotating client locations
- Respond promptly and calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Document observations and complete accurate, timely shift reports
- Enforce site rules and access procedures while delivering courteous customer service
- Adapt to changing schedules and posts as a flexible member of the Dallas team
Qualifications
- Dependable and vigilant, with strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Professional demeanor and clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible, full-time shifts across various Dallas-area sites
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Eligibility to hold or obtain any required state security licensing
