About the Role
As Corporate FP&A Manager at Norstella, you will own core corporate financial planning and analysis activities, partnering with leadership to translate numbers into decisions. Based in Pierre, Hughes County, this position sits at the center of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, giving you broad visibility across the organization and a direct line to how the business is steered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles.
- Build and maintain financial models that support strategic and operational decisions.
- Analyze actual results against plan, surfacing variances and the drivers behind them.
- Prepare clear management reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally to align financial targets with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to sharpen planning processes, controls, and reporting cadence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate FP&A, financial modeling, or a closely related finance discipline.
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced spreadsheet and financial-systems skills, with attention to data accuracy.
- Ability to distill complex financial data into concise, actionable insight.
- Effective communication and collaboration with both finance and non-finance partners.
- Comfort working on-site in a full-time capacity in Pierre, Hughes County.
