IDD Qualified Professional

RHA Health Services is seeking a dedicated IDD Qualified Professional to join our team in Benson, Johnston County. This is a full-time position serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

About the Role

As an IDD Qualified Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based support to vulnerable populations. This position requires clinical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop service plans, and provide direct support services.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the strengths, needs, and support requirements of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Develop individualized service and treatment plans in partnership with clients, families, and team members
• Provide direct clinical or behavioral support services aligned with evidence-based practices
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Advocate for client rights and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations

What We're Looking For

• Valid qualification or certification as an IDD Qualified Professional, as defined by applicable state or federal standards
• Demonstrated experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental, or behavioral health disabilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
• Compassionate, patient approach to supporting vulnerable populations
• Reliable, detail-oriented professional with solid organizational skills
