About the Role

As a Senior Project Engineer at Worley in Mesa, Maricopa County, you will guide project delivery from concept through completion, helping our customers advance the energy, chemicals, and resources solutions that society depends on today while supporting the transition toward more sustainable sources. This full-time, on-site position places you at the center of technical execution, planning, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering and execution of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and partners to keep work aligned and on track.
• Maintain rigorous standards for quality, safety, and technical compliance throughout each project phase.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a project engineer, ideally within energy, chemicals, or resources sectors.

• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across technical and commercial audiences.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Mesa, Maricopa County (this role is not remote).
