CRM Manager/ RevOps Analyst (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization in Munich that serves over 20,000 customers across German-speaking markets. Our client provides workforce management solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses digitize their operations.

They are building out their Commercial Growth function and need a CRM Manager/RevOps Analyst to drive revenue intelligence initiatives. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Munich with significant autonomy and impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify untapped growth potential across the customer lifecycle—from existing accounts to product-led growth opportunities for new customers
• Use AI-assisted tools to analyze large, sometimes unstructured datasets (support tickets, customer feedback, usage patterns) and surface actionable insights
• Translate data findings into concrete growth projects and shepherd them from concept through measurable results
• Build and maintain revenue intelligence frameworks that reveal where scaling opportunities exist
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to business teams on revenue-related questions and initiatives
• Work within the Commercial Growth department's three pillars: Revenue Architecture (technical infrastructure), Revenue Intelligence (potential identification), and Revenue Scalability (automation and customer communication)

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical mindset—you see patterns in data and derive insights that drive business decisions
• Technical capability with SQL and data warehouse environments; curiosity about tools, databases, and systems
• Experience or strong interest in applying AI tools to extract insights from large or unstructured datasets
• Business acumen around SaaS metrics: MRR, upselling, churn prevention, and growth levers
• Structured, precise work approach that maintains clarity even in complex analyses
• Self-starter mentality with a track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives forward
• Fluency in German and professional English
