CRM Executive

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital media organization in their search for a CRM Executive based in Canada. Our client operates a fast-growing consumer advisory platform, and they need a detail-oriented marketing professional to execute lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on campaign execution—building emails, scheduling sends, segmenting audiences, and ensuring every touchpoint is polished and on-time. You'll work within Braze (or a similar customer engagement platform) and collaborate with Product, Data, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and additional channels—ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Set up customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates within the client's customer engagement platform (Braze)
• Manage campaign timelines and keep cross-functional stakeholders informed of progress
• QA all campaigns end-to-end before launch, verifying content, links, segments, and rendering
• Produce and adapt campaign copy in partnership with internal content and creative teams
• Build campaign visuals using the platform's tools, working closely with designers
• Support the CRM Manager in executing the lifecycle strategy for assigned verticals
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to grow lifetime value, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Help build and run a test-and-learn roadmap to continuously improve performance
• Pull campaign reports from the customer engagement platform and Tableau
• Track performance against KPIs and share learnings with the broader team
• Provide regular updates on testing results and week-on-week or month-on-month trends

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing, ideally in a D2C or comparison business
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering accurate work to tight deadlines
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools and platforms
• Experience with Braze or an equivalent customer engagement platform is a strong plus
