Senior Analyst, Contract Management

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Senior Analyst, Contract Management to join their team remotely in the United States. Our client specializes in contract administration and vendor relationship management within their at-home solutions division. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work cross-functionally while managing critical vendor chargeback contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer vendor chargeback contracts for at-home solutions programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing and portfolio teams to ensure accurate vendor correspondence and documentation
• Analyze the financial impact of vendor cost changes and coordinate with stakeholders to develop consensus-driven action plans
• Ensure vendor chargeback contract data and customer attachments meet defined compliance guidelines
• Leverage existing systems, processes, and data to achieve operational efficiencies and business objectives
• Communicate complex contract information clearly to diverse audiences and influence decision-making
• Perform validation and testing procedures to confirm accuracy of contract data and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of contracts experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, across various settings
• Working knowledge of contract concepts, principles, and technical capabilities
• Experience working on projects of moderate scope and complexity
• Ability to identify solutions to technical problems and take action to resolve them
• Sound judgment and analytical reasoning skills
