Integrator/ Developer II

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential energy organization that partners with Community Choice Aggregators to deliver renewable energy solutions. Our client provides mission-critical data management, billing, and analytics services that power communities' transition to cleaner energy sources.

We're seeking an Integrator/Developer II to design and maintain business intelligence solutions and data integration systems that support operational excellence across their platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that drive business decisions
• Build complex data models and perform advanced transformations using DAX, Power Query, SQL, and related technologies
• Consolidate and integrate data from diverse sources including databases, APIs, Excel files, and enterprise systems
• Design and maintain relational and dimensional database models supporting reporting and analytics
• Build and optimize ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and modern integration tools
• Develop scalable data solutions and delivery mechanisms utilizing APIs
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Optimize queries, reports, and workflows to improve performance and scalability
• Participate in DevOps and CI/CD processes including deployment automation and version control
• Create technical documentation including data models, workflows, test plans, and support procedures
• Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues post-implementation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into technical solutions

What We're Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years developing and maintaining Power BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and semantic data models
• Minimum 3 years with DAX, Power Query, Data Flows, T-SQL, and SSIS
• Minimum 3 years in API development and integration
• Minimum 3 years writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
• Experience with database design, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts
• Proven experience designing and optimizing SQL Server environments supporting large data volumes
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and flat files

• TypeScript, AngularJS
• Python or R
• Experience with other major cloud platforms
