Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking a CRM Email Strategist to join their marketing team in London. In this role, you will own the email marketing function and drive engagement with industry professionals. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns and segmenting databases to maximize revenue opportunities from the CRM and customer database
• Copywriting and collaborating with designers to create compelling email campaigns that drive registrations for webinars and conferences
• Acquiring and activating reactive leads through strategic outreach
• Coordinating with content and sales teams to ensure campaigns reach the appropriate target audience
• Driving ticket sales and registrations by managing the marketing inbox
• Continuously analyzing campaign performance and implementing improvements to future strategies

This is an office-based position near Victoria Station, Monday through Friday, with no remote work options. The start date is flexible.
