Couples/Family Therapist (LMFT)

LifeStance Health is hiring a full-time Couples and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Cassopolis, Cass County to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges and mental health concerns. This is an on-site clinical role where you'll directly impact clients' lives through expert therapeutic intervention and support.

About the Role

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our Cassopolis location, you will conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with diverse client populations. You'll develop personalized treatment plans, apply evidence-based clinical approaches, maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary mental health team to coordinate comprehensive care. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships while working within a supportive behavioral health environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct therapy sessions for couples, families, and individuals addressing relationship dynamics, life transitions, communication patterns, and mental health concerns
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clients' goals
• Document clinical progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with therapeutic standards
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support client healing and growth
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain professional boundaries, ethical standards, and licensure requirements

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license in Michigan
• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Clinical experience working with couples, families, or individuals in a healthcare or mental health setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build therapeutic rapport
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment
