Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist

LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Lake Village, Newton County. This is a full-time position where you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health treatment to individuals and families seeking support.

About the Role

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist at LifeStance Health, you'll deliver direct client care through individual and group therapy sessions. You'll work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, and other mental health conditions. Your clinical expertise, combined with a patient-centered approach, will help clients achieve meaningful progress toward their treatment goals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic approaches
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Participate in peer consultation and clinical supervision to support your professional growth

What We're Looking For

• Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist or equivalent (LMHC, LCSW, LPC, or similar) in your state
• Demonstrated experience in direct mental health treatment and clinical assessment
• Strong communication skills and ability to build therapeutic relationships across diverse populations
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (as needed for the position)
