Clinical Licensed Therapist – LICSW/LPCC/LMFT

About the Role

LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Licensed Therapist to work part-time in our Minneapolis location. You'll provide individual and family psychotherapy, conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, and collaborate with medical providers to ensure integrated care. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population across the lifespan while practicing within your license scope and expertise.

What You'll Do

• Conduct clinical intake assessments and ongoing psychiatric evaluations
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document clinical progress and maintain detailed client records
• Communicate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate care
• Support clients in achieving their mental health and wellness goals
• Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and clinical standards

What We're Looking For

• Active licensure as an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Minnesota
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical mental health services
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to client-centered, culturally responsive care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment
