As a Copper Brazer at Nailor Industries, you'll perform specialized brazing operations on copper tubing, fittings, and assemblies used in our advanced HVAC systems. What You'll Do
- Execute brazing operations on copper components and assemblies following established procedures and quality standards
- Operate and maintain brazing equipment, ensuring all tools and systems function safely and effectively
- Inspect brazed joints for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy before and after processing
- Prepare materials and components for brazing operations, including cleaning, positioning, and securing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality targets
- Document work activities and report any equipment issues or concerns
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a brazer or in copper brazing operations
- Working knowledge of brazing techniques, temperatures, and materials
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate specialized manufacturing equipment
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and continuous improvement practices
