About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager at Risor of Apple Valley, you'll support the daily operations of our multifamily community while developing the skills needed for a career in real estate management. Working alongside our property management team, you'll gain hands-on experience across all facets of community operations, from resident services to maintenance coordination and lease administration.
What You'll Do
- Assist with lease administration, renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures
- Coordinate with maintenance and vendor teams to ensure timely repairs and community upkeep
- Respond to resident inquiries and maintenance requests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Support rent collection and account reconciliation efforts
- Help maintain community standards through regular inspections and resident communication
- Contribute to resident retention and satisfaction initiatives
- Assist with lease paperwork, documentation, and filing systems
