About the Role
As Advanced Product Quality Planning Process Owner, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing quality planning processes that ensure KCCCompanies delivers reliable, compliant HVAC solutions to our customers. Working directly with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and field service, you'll establish quality standards, manage continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and customer specifications. Your strategic oversight will drive product reliability while supporting our mission to enhance lives through innovative HVAC solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality planning frameworks and documentation
- Lead process improvement projects to strengthen manufacturing and installation quality
- Collaborate with product engineering, operations, and service teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with HVAC industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators to drive accountability
- Train and mentor team members on quality processes and best practices
- Support new product launches and process changes with thorough quality planning
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality planning, quality assurance, or process engineering
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, HVAC systems, or related technical disciplines
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence change
- Technical competency with data analysis and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field preferred
