Contingent Workforce Specialist

IntelliPro Group Inc. is hiring a Contingent Workforce Specialist for a full-time position based in San Jose, Santa Clara County. This is a one-year contract opportunity focused on supporting the organization's staffing and workforce management initiatives.

About the Role

As a Contingent Workforce Specialist at IntelliPro Group Inc., you'll be instrumental in overseeing the organization's contingent workforce program. This role involves collaborating with department managers and leadership to ensure smooth operations, policy compliance, and strategic staffing decisions across temporary and contract staffing arrangements. You'll serve as a bridge between management and contingent workforce resources, fostering effective communication and adherence to established guidelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the contingent workforce program, including scheduling, documentation, and administrative support
• Provide guidance to managers on contingent workforce policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Evaluate contingent workforce requests, requisitions, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and transition processes for contingent staff members
• Monitor contingent workforce performance and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Maintain records and coordinate communication between departments and external staffing partners

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in workforce management, human resources, staffing coordination, or a closely related field
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations, payroll compliance, and employment law basics
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and HR information systems or similar software
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain policies and procedures to diverse audiences
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration
