Clinical Research Associate/Senior Clinical Research Associate- FSP

Parexel is hiring a Clinical Research Associate or Senior Clinical Research Associate for our Providence, Rhode Island office. In this full-time role, you'll manage clinical trials at assigned research sites, ensuring protocol compliance and data integrity while advancing oncology and cell therapy drug development.

About the Role

You'll serve as the on-site liaison between Parexel and research facilities, overseeing the day-to-day execution of clinical studies. Working closely with site staff and coordinators, you'll verify that every aspect of the trial adheres to protocol and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities span site monitoring, documentation review, regulatory preparation, and ongoing communication with study teams.

What You'll Do

• Monitor clinical trial sites to verify protocol adherence and data accuracy
• Conduct regular on-site visits to audit patient records, informed consent documentation, and regulatory files
• Collaborate with site investigators, study coordinators, and local teams to resolve issues and maintain study progress
• Verify safety reporting procedures are in place and patient welfare is prioritized
• Prepare sites for audits and regulatory inspections
• Report findings and trial updates to the clinical operations team
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with ICH GCP standards

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated oncology clinical research experience—a requirement for this position
• Background in cell therapy clinical trials (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple sites independently and juggle competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proficiency with clinical trial software and data management systems
