Clinical Research Associate / Senior Clinical Research Associate - FSP

Parexel is hiring a full-time Clinical Research Associate or Senior Clinical Research Associate to lead clinical trial operations at research sites in Washington, D.C. About the Role

In this Clinical Research Associate position, you'll own primary responsibility for study execution at assigned research sites. You'll serve as the key liaison between the trial sponsor, site staff, and Parexel's central team—ensuring every aspect of the trial runs smoothly, data remains accurate, and all regulatory standards are met.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day study operations at designated sites, managing protocol timelines, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with site investigators, coordinators, and peer Clinical Research Associates to deliver high-quality trial data and maintain rigorous standards
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor protocol adherence, verify source documentation, and resolve compliance gaps
• Support participant recruitment and enrollment, ensuring informed consent and ongoing safety monitoring
• Maintain comprehensive study records and produce progress reports on site performance and trial milestones
• Communicate transparently with the study team, escalating issues and implementing solutions in real time

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Research Associate in oncology trials (required)
• Hands-on background in cell therapy research (strongly preferred)
• Solid grasp of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and FDA regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Self-directed work style balanced with proven ability to thrive in collaborative team settings
• Commitment to detail and data integrity in every aspect of trial execution
