Clinical Research Associate/Senior Clinical Research Associate- FSP

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate or Senior Clinical Research Associate – FSP to join its team in Penbrook, Dauphin County.

About the Role

This position supports clinical trial execution by overseeing site activities, ensuring protocol adherence, and contributing to the success of oncology‑focused studies. The role requires travel to assigned investigator sites and close partnership with study teams to maintain data quality and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

• Monitor assigned clinical sites to verify that study procedures follow the protocol, consent forms, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare for and conduct site initiation, routine, and close‑out visits, documenting findings in detailed visit reports.
• Act as a liaison between the sponsor, site staff, and central project team, communicating status updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Review source documents and case report forms for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, initiating queries when needed.
• Maintain essential study files at each site, ensuring they are organized, up‑to‑date, and ready for audit or inspection.
• Assist with the preparation of study supplies, including shipment tracking and inventory reconciliation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and lessons learned with fellow CRAs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate, preferably within oncology therapeutic areas.
• Hands‑on exposure to cell‑therapy trials is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of GCP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Effective communicator who can build collaborative relationships with investigators, coordinators, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to support site visits across the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
