About the Role
As our Special Education Teacher, you'll design and deliver tailored instruction that meets each student's unique learning needs. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Current, valid Arkansas Special Education Teacher certification
- Bachelor's degree in education, special education, or related field
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students with varied disabilities and learning challenges
- Commitment to data-driven instruction and continuous improvement
- Experience designing and monitoring IEPs preferred
