About the Role

As a Loan Originator, you will be the primary relationship manager for investment real estate clients, responsible for identifying opportunities, structuring loans, and closing transactions that drive business growth. This is a sales-focused position where your ability to build strategic partnerships and close deals directly influences company performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and cultivate relationships with investment real estate investors, developers, and financial professionals seeking financing
• Originate and structure loans targeting a monthly minimum of $3 million in funded originations
• Manage the complete loan lifecycle from initial client outreach through closing and fund disbursement
• Exceed monthly and quarterly origination targets through disciplined sales activity and client acquisition
• Negotiate loan structures, terms, and rates that balance client requirements with company profitability
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the origination process
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and legal teams to facilitate efficient loan processing

• Demonstrated success funding $3 million or more in monthly originations in real estate lending or comparable sales environments
• Strong sales background with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
