As a Camp Counselor at Mythik Camps, you'll create transformative summer experiences where mythology and outdoor exploration fuel imagination and skill-building. You'll lead campers through mythically themed activities, nature-based challenges, and collaborative adventures designed to help them develop confidence, resilience, and creative problem-solving abilities. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead engaging activities and outdoor adventures centered on mythology and imaginative exploration
• Supervise and mentor campers while maintaining their safety and emotional well-being
• Facilitate team-building exercises, group challenges, and hands-on creative programs
• Model enthusiasm, positivity, and respect to cultivate an inclusive camp environment
• Collaborate with camp staff to plan, prepare, and deliver quality programming
• Guide transitions between activities and maintain organized, engaging spaces
• Maintain regular communication with families and leadership regarding camper experiences and progress

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in camp, school, recreational, or community settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfort with outdoor activities and active engagement
• Capacity to inspire, motivate, and connect with young people
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
