About the Role

This Associate position is a structured, hands-on program that places you inside multiple functional areas of GKG's business over an engagement of approximately 6 to 18 months. The intention from day one is career placement within the firm upon successful completion — making this far more than a temporary assignment. You'll contribute to substantive project work alongside experienced professionals, gaining the kind of breadth that most entry-level roles take years to accumulate.

What You'll Do

• Rotate through departments such as commercial lines, claims, account management, and risk consulting to build a well-rounded foundation in the industry
• Collaborate on client service activities, including coverage reviews and policy analysis support
• Participate in cross-functional projects that have real business impact for clients and internal teams
• Assist senior advisors with risk assessments, carrier negotiations, and renewal preparation
• Develop working knowledge of insurance products, agency workflows, and risk management principles
• Build professional relationships with colleagues, carrier representatives, and clients throughout your rotations

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field
