About the Role

As a Clinical Research Associate/Senior Clinical Research Associate within Parexel's Functional Service Provider (FSP) model in Nashville, you will own the local execution of clinical trials across your assigned sites. Working hand-in-hand with fellow CRAs and the Local Study Team, you'll serve as a hands-on contributor who keeps studies on track from site activation through close-out. Prior oncology experience is essential for this position, and a background in cell therapy is strongly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Take local accountability for the successful delivery of assigned clinical studies at allocated investigator sites.
• Act as an engaged member of the Local Study Team, supporting trial milestones and timelines.
• Partner closely with other Clinical Research Associates to coordinate monitoring activities and share site insights.
• Maintain strong site relationships and ensure trials are conducted in line with protocol and quality standards.
• Contribute oncology and, where applicable, cell therapy expertise to study planning and on-site monitoring.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working as a CRA or Senior CRA on clinical trials in the US.
• Required hands-on oncology clinical research experience.
• Cell therapy trial experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a Local Study Team and across a distributed CRA group.
• Willingness to work full-time in an on-site capacity based in Nashville, Davidson County.
