Client Support Specialist – Greater Pittsburgh, PA Area

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential wealth management organization seeking a Client Support Specialist for their Greater Pittsburgh, PA area location. This role serves high net worth clients with complex service and investment needs, focusing on relationship enhancement and business development in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Important: Your primary residence must be located within a 90 mile radius of the Pittsburgh, South Hills area at the time of application. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound calls, responding to inquiries including product and service guidance
• Process transactions including options, equities, mutual funds, and fixed income trades
• Deliver efficient resolution for various client situations by owning case management, researching issues, and communicating solutions
• Uncover opportunities and identify products and services that enhance clients' financial success
• Partner with Financial Consultants to discuss enhanced service offerings with clients
• Collaborate with internal business partners to research and resolve complex client requests
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to communicate resolutions or secure additional information

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Series 7 license (active and current)
• Series 63 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• 2-3 years of previous financial services experience

Essential Skills:

• Broad-based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts
• Proven customer service, client support, and problem resolution skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively influence others
• Robust time management and organizational skills
