Client Services Business Analyst

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Client Services Business Analyst. This hybrid role is based in the Indianapolis area and requires one day per week in the office.

You'll serve as a lead analyst supporting a pharmaceutical cost and coverage platform, overseeing client engagements from concept through launch while ensuring solutions meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement project plans from initial design through launch, ensuring applications meet client requirements and quality standards
• Coordinate Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams to ensure timely delivery under the guidance of management
• Develop content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions, training materials, and testing procedures in collaboration with internal departments
• Prepare client presentations, meeting summaries, and action items working closely with management
• Handle application modifications and manage changes to deliverable processes with clients
• Organize cross-functional meetings with Product Delivery, Application, Delivery Enablement, and Client Services teams as needed
• Execute final internal application testing prior to client verification
• Maintain current knowledge of all active projects including statuses, next steps, and future client needs
• Resolve client inquiries or route to appropriate teams while ensuring proper communication to close issues
• Apply systematic analysis to problem-solving, leading issue resolution and implementing solutions

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care or Business
• 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with Market Access Agency experience
• Expertise in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review systems and approval processes
• Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace, brands, and data inputs
• Working knowledge of Market Access
• Experience with Project Management Software, Figma, or other design software
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis area
• U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available)
