Client Relationship Executive

Groove Global LLC is hiring a Client Relationship Executive to drive enterprise transformation across the United States. This full-time role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic partner, helping organizations navigate their transition to modern, cloud-based business systems.

Role Overview

As a Client Relationship Executive at Groove Global LLC, you'll play a central role in expanding and deepening our client partnerships. You'll move beyond traditional account management to function as a trusted advisor, working directly with executive teams to shape adoption strategies that deliver measurable business impact. Your focus will be on accelerating customer success through personalized solution approaches and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute business development strategies focused on opportunity identification and deal closure within your assigned territory
• Establish qualified prospects and build pipelines through strategic partner collaboration and proactive outreach
• Coordinate internally across departments to develop and deploy comprehensive account strategies
• Position and sell cloud technology solutions to large public sector enterprises, articulating clear business value and organizational impact
• Cultivate productive relationships with both prospective and established clients, emphasizing deal advancement and seamless solution integration
• Lead complex negotiations with senior leadership, procurement departments, and contracting specialists to finalize agreements
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunity pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
• Own the proposal development lifecycle, delivering professional, client-aligned proposals that reflect organizational standards

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of eight years selling enterprise SaaS or cloud solutions to C-level executives and purchasing departments
• Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional teamwork and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Extensive experience with complex, lengthy sales processes including RFP cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making
• Understanding of enterprise procurement practices and fluency with major SaaS platforms
• Strong ability to quickly establish credibility and maintain stakeholder trust through honesty and results
• Success in creating account plans and growing revenue within assigned territories
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with natural executive presence
