About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a CEO to build and lead an AI-native digital banking business from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to define and execute the vision for a next-generation banking platform that fundamentally rethinks how consumers manage money through artificial intelligence.

Based in the United Kingdom, this hybrid role offers the chance to own the complete P&L while building AI-powered experiences across accounts, payments, savings, and financial decision-making. You'll work with a globally distributed team passionate about creating accessible, intelligent financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision, product roadmap, and business model for an AI-native digital bank
• Build and ship AI-powered banking experiences including accounts, cards, payments, savings, and money management tools
• Leverage AI to automate financial decisions, optimize customer workflows, and enhance servicing capabilities
• Own full P&L accountability including customer acquisition, deposits, revenue, unit economics, and operating costs
• Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and AI teams to develop and launch the platform
• Recruit and build the core team across banking, technology, and operational functions
• Establish banking partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive market expansion

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in digital banking, neobanks, or consumer fintech
• Proven track record of direct ownership over a significant banking product, business unit, or P&L
• Strong command of banking products, economics, operations, and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional product judgment with ability to identify where AI creates materially superior banking experiences
• Demonstrated success building and scaling technology products and teams
• Hands-on operating capability—comfortable working directly through product flows, financial models, customer challenges, and execution details
• Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
• Based in or able to relocate to the United Kingdom

Work Arrangement
