CEO – AI Finance

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a CEO - AI Finance to build and lead a new AI-native finance business. This is a rare opportunity to define strategy, own P&L, and create consumer financial products that leverage artificial intelligence to transform how people manage their everyday money.

This hybrid role is based in the United Kingdom, requiring at least 3 days per week in the local office.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap, and business model from the ground up
• Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve user experience, cost, or speed
• Build AI-native financial products spanning spending, saving, investing, and other consumer needs from concept through launch and scale
• Own full P&L accountability including customer growth, revenue, unit economics, and operating performance
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams on product capabilities and user experience
• Build and lead the core team across product, technology, operations, and commercial functions
• Drive expansion into new financial products and markets as the business scales

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services, or technology products
• Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business, or P&L in a previous role
• Deep understanding of consumer finance, business models, and unit economics
• Strong product judgment and vision for how AI can transform existing financial workflows
• Proven experience building products and teams in high-growth technology environments
• Hands-on operating style with ability to work directly on product development, AI capabilities, economics, and customer problems
• Strong English communication skills for working across global teams
• Based in or able to relocate to the United Kingdom
