CEO – AI Investing

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking a CEO to build and lead their AI-native consumer investing business. This is a rare opportunity to own an entire P&L and define how artificial intelligence transforms retail investment decision-making from the ground up.

Our client is expanding their product portfolio beyond their core platform and needs an entrepreneurial leader to launch and scale a standalone AI investing vertical. You will have full autonomy to build the proposition, assemble your team, and drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI investing proposition, product roadmap, and business model from inception
• Build AI-native experiences across investment discovery, research, portfolio management, and decision-making
• Develop frameworks for how AI should analyze information, surface opportunities, and support users throughout their investment journey
• Own full P&L accountability including assets under management, customer acquisition, engagement metrics, revenue, and unit economics
• Work hands-on with product, engineering, and AI teams to build and continuously improve the platform
• Recruit and lead core investing, product, technology, and commercial teams
• Drive expansion into additional investment products and geographic markets

What We're Looking For

• Deep experience in investing, wealthtech, consumer fintech, or investment product development
• Direct ownership of a meaningful investing product, business unit, or P&L (not just functional leadership)
• Strong understanding of investment products, market dynamics, and consumer investing behavior
• Exceptional product judgment with clear vision for how AI can improve investment research and decision-making
• Proven track record building and scaling consumer technology products
• Hands-on operating capability—you work directly through product specifications, investment workflows, economics, and customer behavior rather than delegating everything
• Strong English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Based in or able to relocate to the United Kingdom

This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the local office, with remaining days offering remote flexibility.
