About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Castilian Spanish Voice Actor for a remote contract role based in Spain. Our client is building next-generation language models and needs native speakers to develop high-quality audio datasets. This is a flexible, part-time engagement with professional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and record audio data in Castilian Spanish to enhance AI model capabilities
• Ensure recordings precisely match transcript specifications or edit for natural pacing and delivery
• Use professional audio recording equipment to deliver broadcast-quality submissions
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and contribute to model improvement
• Participate in kickoff calls for project alignment and technical expectations

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Native speaker of Castilian (European) Spanish, born and raised in Spain
• Proficient English communication skills for coordination with technical teams
• Ability to deliver clear, professional "customer service" voice quality with excellent enunciation
• Professional audio recording setup including a high-grade microphone and editing software

Preferred Experience:

• Professional background in Voice Acting, Music, Television, Podcasts, Streaming, Comedy, or Radio

Engagement Details:

• Contract position, fully remote from Spain
• Flexible commitment of 2–10 hours per week
• Rolling start once onboarding and ID verification are complete
