Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential faith-based campus organization seeking a Campus Staff Minister to serve graduate and faculty communities at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. In this role, you will build and lead witnessing communities, develop student and faculty leaders, and advance spiritual transformation on campus. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States with significant on-campus engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visionary guide, communicating and modeling mission and values to create a culture of spiritual dependence and bold expectation for new witnessing communities across campus
• Build, develop, and lead leadership teams of students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences
• Set annual goals for qualitative and quantitative growth, including conversions and leadership development, through prayer, research, and reflection
• Create and execute ministry plans, programs, and structures to achieve growth objectives; evaluate and modify plans throughout the year
• Mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel and start new missional communities
• Equip participants to proclaim the good news in word, deed, and power, regularly inviting others to follow Jesus as Savior and Lord
• Disciple students and faculty to grow in Christlikeness, develop ministry skills, and become effective participants and leaders
• Develop a team of ministry partners—churches and individuals—who resource the ministry financially, in prayer, and volunteer service
• Raise 100% of assigned financial budget through personal fundraising and donor development
• Communicate regularly with ministry partners through visits, calls, emails, and prayer letters
• Collaborate with supervisors and organizational teams; complete reporting and planning requirements in a timely manner
• May supervise ministry interns as delegated

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
• Commitment to pursue spiritual maturity through Scripture engagement, prayer, and worship
• Ability to develop self-leadership, including self-awareness, self-management, relational integrity, and resiliency
• Willingness to travel for conferences, training sessions, and ministry partnership meetings
• Alignment with our client's doctrinal basis, purpose statement, and theological positions

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $40,476 - $53,952 per year. This position is funded through personal fundraising, and actual compensation depends on the individual's ability to secure a donor team. Geographic adjustments may apply based on location and cost of living.
