Senior Lead Product Strategy (x/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking a Senior Lead Product Strategy professional to drive the German market expansion of an integrated practice management platform. In this role, you will function as a strategic leader for your domain, developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches in the German market
• Serving as the voice of users to continuously improve product-market fit and shape the product roadmap
• Ensuring the team understands user signals throughout the customer journey and continuously improving value delivery, usage, trust, and customer experience
• Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities
• Defining product positioning and messaging specifically for the German market
• Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, customer success, product, and technology teams
• Managing feature releases and ensuring their successful market introduction
• Tracking regulatory and technical frameworks alongside other teams to create an environment for customer-friendly solutions

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a strategic thinker with significant experience in product marketing or go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate brings:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, ideally as a manager in product marketing or go-to-market strategy, or with a background in top-tier management consulting or venture capital combined with product management experience
• Highly structured and analytical thinking and working approach
• Proven experience working closely with technology and product teams
• Strong ability to set priorities, allocate resources effectively, and lead projects in a structured manner to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
• Experience managing senior stakeholders at VP, Managing Director, and Executive Committee levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly
• Fluency in both German and English (minimum C1 level in each)

Particularly valuable:

• Experience in a scale-up company environment
• Background in the medtech sector

This is a full-time permanent position based in Berlin with a hybrid work model (2 days home office per week).
