Business Consultant (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Business Consultant to provide strategic guidance to clients and drive sustainable growth. In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor for new and existing accounts, acting as the communication bridge between clients and internal specialist teams.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic consulting on growth objectives, budget strategies, ROI optimization, market positioning, and expansion opportunities
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships while proactively identifying needs and development potential
• Developing and implementing tailored strategies to achieve client business goals
• Identifying growth and efficiency opportunities, including cross-selling, upselling, and follow-up project potential
• Defining relevant KPIs, conducting regular account performance analysis, and presenting actionable recommendations
• Coordinating collaboration with account managers, product specialists, and internal stakeholders
• Introducing new products, services, and data-driven technologies into strategic client development

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in consulting-focused client management, plus foundational experience in operational account work
• Background in customer management, business consulting, or a comparable role
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive concrete actions
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, sense of responsibility, and talent for coordinating diverse stakeholders
• Fluent German and good English proficiency in written and spoken communication
• Nice to have: holistic understanding of the marketing mix (SEO, social media, CRM)
