Responsibilities
We are representing a leading logistics organization in Dortmund seeking an SAP EWM Inhouse Consultant. In this role, you will:
- Lead the design, conceptualization, and implementation of warehouse and logistics processes within SAP EWM, including configuration and customizing activities
- Analyze existing processes in close coordination with business departments, identify optimization opportunities, and translate functional requirements into SAP solutions
- Perform error analysis and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Organize and support software testing activities, including subsystem integration testing
- Serve as the technical and functional bridge between logistics operations and IT teams
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, preferably including customizing capabilities
- Ideally, foundational ABAP knowledge
- Experience in project management and the design and implementation of business and logistics processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and mediate between logistics and IT perspectives
- Team-oriented with a structured, independent working style and strong analytical and conceptual abilities
- German language proficiency required for this role
