Growth Partner (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Growth Partner to provide strategic client consulting and drive sustainable business development. In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor for both new and existing client accounts, acting as the key liaison between clients and internal specialist teams.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Delivering strategic consulting to clients on growth objectives, business goals, budget strategies, ROI optimization, market positioning, and expansion opportunities
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships while proactively identifying client needs and development potential
• Developing and implementing customized strategies to achieve client objectives
• Identifying growth and efficiency opportunities, including cross-selling, upselling, and follow-up project potential
• Defining relevant KPIs, regularly analyzing account performance, and presenting actionable recommendations
• Coordinating collaboration with Account Managers, product and service specialists, and other internal stakeholders
• Introducing new products, services, and data-driven technologies into strategic client development plans

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in consultative client management, plus foundational experience in operational account work
• Background in client management, business consulting, or a comparable role
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving concrete actionable measures
• Excellent communication abilities, strategic thinking, sense of responsibility, and talent for coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, for successful communication with colleagues and clients
• Nice to have: holistic understanding of the marketing mix (SEO, social media, CRM)
