Brand Design Expert – Agency Experience

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI organization in a specialized brand design evaluation role. Our client is building advanced systems and needs seasoned brand designers to assess creative work at scale. This is a remote contract position offering flexible, asynchronous work for professionals with agency-level expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world brand design deliverables such as brand identity systems, logos, and marketing visuals
• Score AI-generated and human work samples against established criteria with detailed written justifications for each evaluation
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and defensible across multiple reviewers
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly on your assessment approach
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines while contributing to model performance improvement

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand, visual, or graphic design
• Background at world-class independent brand and design agencies
• Experience in core brand disciplines: Creative Director, Brand Designer, Web Designer, or Graphic Designer
• Deep fluency in typography, layout, color, composition, and brand identity systems
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills for detailed justifications
• Detail-oriented approach and comfort with peer-reviewed judgment processes
• Based in or authorized to work in Germany

Preferred:

• Experience with copywriting and brand messaging, including audience and competitor research
• Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-annotation projects
