Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential agricultural organization in the fresh produce sector. This role focuses on field crop management and team leadership in vegetable production.

• Coordinate and organize all field crop production activities
• Manage and monitor field crops throughout growing cycles
• Plan and oversee planting, maintenance, and harvest operations
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members
• Coordinate workflow and daily operations within the production team
• Utilize modern agricultural machinery and digital farm management tools

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in agriculture, such as qualified farmer, agricultural master, agricultural technician in crop production, or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in crop production and field management
• Initial leadership experience and enthusiasm for working with people
• Strong sense of responsibility and independent working style
• Technical aptitude and confident operation of modern agricultural equipment
• Valid driver's license (Class B and T)
