About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential property management organization in München that is building modern software systems from the ground up. Our client is digitizing processes that have been overlooked by modern technology for decades, creating tools that directly impact how people live and work. You would join as one of the first members of their product team, working on customer portals, AI agents, and internal management platforms—all built on greenfield architecture without legacy constraints.
Responsibilities
- Develop fullstack features in TypeScript, from customer-facing portals to internal management tools and backend services
- Own features end-to-end: from concept through design to release, including UI/UX work when needed
- Build AI agents as product functionality for internal users and customers
- Work directly with users to gather feedback and prioritize development in fixed cycles
- Contribute to development tooling improvements using modern AI-assisted workflows
- Design and implement database schemas and APIs as part of feature development
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in web development
- Strong practical skills in TypeScript or JavaScript, ideally with React or Next.js
- A current project you can showcase: production code, side project, or open source contribution
- Comfort working across the full stack with equal enthusiasm for frontend and backend
- Ability to own features end-to-end and create quality interfaces when working independently
- Active use of AI tooling in your workflow, with critical evaluation of outputs
- Foundational understanding of SQL databases and API design
- Curiosity to understand the "why" behind what you build
- German language skills at B2 level or higher
Technical environment: TypeScript throughout, React and Next.js frontend, Node backend, monorepo on Google Cloud with Infrastructure as Code, Postgres, event-driven processes. You don't need to know everything—you'll learn what you need on the job.
If you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Our talent team values learning potential and aptitude over checklist completeness.
