Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential communications agency in Mainz, and our talent team is seeking a Senior Conceptual Strategist to join their award-winning practice.

In this role, you will:

• Develop intelligent communication strategies, precise positioning frameworks, and compelling narratives for B2B organizations and brands
• Analyze brands, companies, target audiences, and market trends to derive clear, distinctive concepts for corporate and sustainability communication
• Manage cross-channel projects from strategic ideation through final execution
• Facilitate client workshops, deliver critical insights, and serve as a valuable sparring partner during pitches and presentations
• Create presentations that unite strategic clarity with creative excellence

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in conceptual development, ideally within a creative, communications, or marketing agency environment
• Structured working style with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise messaging
• Goal-oriented thinking that produces well-founded strategic frameworks from which creative ideas and strong concepts emerge
• Team player mindset with enthusiasm for creative exchange across disciplines
• Passion for storytelling combined with excellent language instincts and writing proficiency in German
• Strategic use of AI and other tools, with awareness of emerging developments in the field
• Strong understanding of B2B and corporate communications, cross-channel mechanics, audiences, and platforms
• Fluency in German is essential for this role
