About This Position

As Branch Manager SK, you'll oversee all aspects of branch operations, from day-to-day execution to strategic growth initiatives. You'll manage profitability, customer relationships, and operational excellence while fostering a culture of health, safety, and compliance. This full-time role combines leadership, sales acumen, and operational discipline to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall branch operations and profitability, setting and achieving financial targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base
• Drive customer retention programs and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality
• Establish and enforce operational controls to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
• Oversee health and safety programs, ensuring all team members work in a secure environment
• Maintain full regulatory compliance across all branch activities and reporting requirements
• Lead and develop branch staff, fostering accountability and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing branch operations or similar P&L responsibility
• Strong sales background with a track record of revenue growth and customer retention
• Demonstrated expertise in operational controls, budgeting, and financial management
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the industrial or service sector
