About the Role

As a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic based in Weymouth, MA, you will service, diagnose, and repair the heavy-duty vehicles that power Clean Harbors operations. This is an on-site, full-time position offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay of $30–$40 per hour, depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance across all company-owned fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines and systems.
• Inspect components, troubleshoot issues, and return equipment to safe working condition.
• Keep accurate service records and follow established maintenance schedules.
• Uphold strict health and safety standards on every job, every day.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining heavy-duty diesel vehicles.
• Solid knowledge of diesel engines, braking, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
