Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will:

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature
• Engage with senior decision-makers including HR Directors, Finance Directors, and C-level executives across diverse industries
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product evolution and sales methodology improvements
• Contribute to growth initiatives and continuous innovation within the commercial organization

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle sales experience
• Fluent French (C2 level or higher) and advanced English proficiency
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, methodical approach
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and manage complex deals
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Excellent collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bordeaux (hybrid work model)
