About the Role

As a Biotech Project Leadership professional within Parexel's Global Project Leadership organization, you will steer clinical trials from planning through delivery, serving as a central point of accountability for our Biotech Division clients. Your leadership directly shapes project outcomes, strengthens cross-functional teams, and ultimately supports the advancement of clinical research that benefits patients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trial projects on behalf of Biotech clients.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal project teams, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines.
• Drive project performance, quality, and delivery in support of successful clinical research outcomes.
• Guide and motivate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and client expectations.
• Identify risks early and apply sound judgment to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading clinical trials or related project leadership within the life sciences or biotech sector.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
