About This Position
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive medical communications materials, including clinical documents, presentations, and educational resources.
- Conduct thorough literature reviews and ensure all content aligns with current scientific evidence and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with medical affairs and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop engaging and effective educational programs and materials that enhance the understanding of medical treatments and therapies.
- Stay updated with the latest medical and scientific advancements to ensure content remains current and relevant.
What You'll Do
- Develop and write medical content for a variety of audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct in-depth literature searches and reviews to gather and synthesize information for medical content.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the content meets their objectives.
- Ensure all written content adheres to regulatory and legal standards, including compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Review and edit content to maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical writer in the pharmaceutical or medical communications industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on medical and scientific content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical writing software.
- Adept at conducting thorough literature reviews and synthesizing complex information.
