About This Position

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive medical communications materials, including clinical documents, presentations, and educational resources.
• Conduct thorough literature reviews and ensure all content aligns with current scientific evidence and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with medical affairs and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop engaging and effective educational programs and materials that enhance the understanding of medical treatments and therapies.
• Stay updated with the latest medical and scientific advancements to ensure content remains current and relevant.

What You'll Do

• Develop and write medical content for a variety of audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct in-depth literature searches and reviews to gather and synthesize information for medical content.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the content meets their objectives.
• Ensure all written content adheres to regulatory and legal standards, including compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Review and edit content to maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical writer in the pharmaceutical or medical communications industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on medical and scientific content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical writing software.
• Adept at conducting thorough literature reviews and synthesizing complex information.
